2. Account Terms

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• CreatorsCrown cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments & Fees

• CreatorsCrown allows users to support creators via donations, memberships, and shop sales.
• Payment processing is handled via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• The platform charges a 2% fee on all transactions, with no upfront costs to creators.
• Payouts are issued within 30 days after successful payment processing.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the creator; CreatorsCrown is not responsible for refund disputes.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

4. Content Ownership & License

• Creators retain 100% ownership of their content.
• By posting content on CreatorsCrown, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with intellectual property laws.
• CreatorsCrown has the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use CreatorsCrown for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Publishing sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content.
• Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior.
• Violating any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.

6. Account Termination

• CreatorsCrown reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for engaging in prohibited activities.
• Upon termination, all user content may be removed, and access to the account will be revoked.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor content or accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms of Service.

7. Liability

• CreatorsCrown is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• You expressly understand and agree that CreatorsCrown shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

CreatorsCrown reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
